Pulaski County High School Band

Northern Middle School currently has 110 students participating in the band program in grades 6-8.  In addition to regular band classes, students also can participate in pep band, jazz band or the award winning NMS Performance Band.  The NMS Performance Band has consistently scores Distinguished Ratings at KMEA Concert Band festival.  They recently finished 2nd at the Music in the Parks festival at Kings Island on May 9, 2008.  They were also rated the top middle school band at the 2007 Trills and Thrills Festival at Dollywood.
