I. Show Update
A. All Copyright fees have been paid and music is being arranged
B. Pep Band Schedule for 2009--$200
C. Approximate membership 30 winds 13 percussion 12 guard 1 FC=56 total
D. Color Guard uniforms are being custom made by Avant Guard for $100 each
Still need measurements for a few members.
E. Camp Dates
July 13-17—Guard and Percussion Camp (Guard 8-5, Battery 8-12, Pit 1-5)
July 20-24—All Winds, Percussion, and Color Guard 8-5
July 27-31—All Winds, Percussion, and Color Guard 8-5
F. We need to purchase a new cart for electronic equipment.
II. Props
A. Option 1: Purchase 5 doors “as is” from Ayala HS in CA for $1,000 + shipping costs
B. Option 2: Purchase 5 doors without wheels from Ayala for $500 + shipping costs
C. Option 3: Puchase all 10 without wheels for $900 + shipping costs
Estimated freight on first three options--$1,490
Option 4: Construct our own version of the doors.

I. Somerblast Fundraiser Details
A. Setup—We can setup anytime after 10:00 a.m.
B. Coolers—Need to be dropped off tomorrow. Designate someone to pick up ice from Pulaski Elementary.
C. Update on donated items: Buns, etc.
D. Shifts—All Day, 12-4, 4-7, 7-close
E. Designated jobs—cooks, etc.
F. Prices for concessions. Updated menu items.
G. Parking—Workers will need to park either at East Somerset Baptist Church or other designated parking areas and be shuttled to Somersport Park.
A. Discussed levels (Gold $500, Silver $250, Bronze $100)
B. All forms must be returned by August 13
V. Pep Band Schedule—If possible, pay in full ($185) at band camp. $40 minimum payment to go on DCI trip.

The Pulaski County Band Boosters held a special meeting on June 16th at 6:00 to discuss upcoming events and dates. One very important item was fundraising. The boosters decided to set up a booth at the Somerblast event held at Somersport Park on June 28th.
