III. Financial Report
General Fund—Currently $1,095.45 ($210.00 encumbered)
Color Guard Uniforms have been ordered ($500 deposit has been paid. $450 will be due upon receipt of uniforms.)
Uniform Account--$3,231.00
Hats and plumes have been ordered ($1,683.00—50% deposit has been paid. The balance will be due upon receipt of the hats and plumes. We will plan to use current hat boxes for now.
IV. B.A.N.D. Together Update
Music Library project almost complete
Instruments have been catalogued.
Music stands are being fixed and painted by students.

Percussion and Guard Camp July 19-23 (Guard 8-5, Battery 8-12, Front Ensemble 1-5)
BAND CAMP July 26-30 and August 2-6 (Parent Performance on final day at 5 p.m. on the practice field)
Masters of the Summer Music Games Competition ($20 per student or adult)
Props being purchased from Adair County for $450. Practice tarp from Winter Guard will be used.
